KIDICAP HR-Solutions

Digital archive: Digital documents and files are a sensitive data protection issue. In KIDICAP, every document is therefore treated just as securely as the personal data itself. The documents are and remain under control of the database, like all data, and are also stored encrypted if necessary. The database itself thus becomes an audit-proof long-term archive. Every personal document and all files are always under full access control by KIDICAP. This means that every user and, above all, the company is always on the safe side.Important features: Efficient document management on payday, the employee file (central location for personal documents), decentralized collaboration and workflows, signature options and specialist procedures, employer file and individual configuration, data protection and security as an important pillar of the service, and compliance & traceability always first.

Evaluation and testing (Risk management): To make things even easier, K.Reports contains a series of sample reports that you can use directly or as templates for your own evaluations.Linked to your data source in the background, the report remains interactively customizable. Further processing of the data in Excel is standard, and a pixel-precise layout can be created for publications.

With K.Prüfungen (K.Checks), you can supplement the plausibility of the entries in K.Entgelt with your check criteria and rules, as well as your check scenarios. Evaluations are carried out in an individually defined workflow in check stations according to the multiple-eyes principle.

Travel (Management of travel costs): KIDICAP.Travel is a completely web-based and comprehensive software solution for the requirements of business travel management. From the travel application through the approval process to business trip accounting and booking in finance, the steps are mapped out via a workflow. The software has full multi-client capability and not only meets the requirements of public administration or a small organization with a single travel expense accounting station, but also the needs of supra-regionally organized institutions with distributed locations.
Employee portal (Self-service): The KIDICAP.Postfach (KIDICAP.Mailbox) app in combination with the KIDICAP.Personalakte (KIDICAP.Personnel) offers considerable advantages for many institutions, as all employees who are provided with a personal mailbox as a self-service in KIDICAP have direct access to their documents, such as salary statements, wage tax certificates, time records, social security certificates, travel expense reimbursements, employer correspondence, etc., and can retrieve them independently.
