Transforming mail and packaging logistics

SPS brought a consultative approach to the engagement and, through innovation workshops with the client, we identified the need for a new state-of-the-art centralized mail screening and sorting facility. This hub facility, which SPS designed and operates, provides X-ray and CBRNE screening for threats in all incoming mail and packages before they are routed to the client’s campus for secure delivery. In addition, SPS implemented a digital mail solution to support the hybrid workforce, installed smart lockers, added new technologies and increased service levels.
