- Suspicious contents are reviewed under a dual-control process. If a shipment raises concerns, SPS works directly with the recipient and local authorities, if appropiate, to determine the appropriate next steps.
- Cleared shipments are marked as security checked and delivered securely. Once cleared, shipments are securely delivered directly to the intended recipient.
