We are thrilled to announce that the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) has selected our article titled “Winning the Competition for Talent - New Ways to Outperform” for publication in their yearbook. Featuring our CEO, Joerg Vollmer, this article digs deep into practical strategies for companies to reshape their workplaces and processes as they are facing significant challenges in hiring and retaining the best talent.

This report is issued annually and gathers all the activities held during the year, aimed at strengthening the close relationship between the governments and administrations of the United States and the rest of AmChams in Europe. We are honored to be part of this prestigious report providing insights about one of the most important topics on the current global scenario: the battle for talent.

The World Economic Forum has projected that by 2025, 50% of employees will need to re-skill, and failure to close the skills gap could result in a staggering $11.5 trillion GDP loss by 2028. The Covid-19 pandemic exacerbated the talent shortage, leading to a trend known as the "Great Resignation," with many employees seeking more meaningful interactions in their professional lives. To address these challenges, companies need to rethink their talent management strategies and leverage innovative solutions to attract and retain the best workers.

The Battle for Talent is a reality and one of the main focus of SPS. Read the complete article from the AmCham to learn more about these game-changing strategies and discover how SPS can help your company.
