Christina Banahan

As ESG Global Director, Christina leads SPS’s global sustainability strategy, embedding ESG across operations and reporting. She aligns initiatives with frameworks like the UN Global Compact and EcoVadis, driving measurable impact. A strong ED&I advocate, she co-leads SWAN and champions inclusive, accountable, and people-centered leadership.
Debra Ward
Global Workplace Consultant, Coach and Business Transformation Specialist
Debra has spent her career working across senior roles in workplace, front-of-house and hospitality, currently as Director of Live Love Learn. She has held roles at ISS, JLL and Condeco Software, including periods as MD for Camm & Hooper and Macro Macro. She and her team founded Mitie Client Services in 2007, which became the industry leader for front-of-house services. She was named the 2014 Women of Achievement winner by Women in the City.

There are seven floors of the Guinness Storehouse to experience during your visit, so be sure to visit the tasting room, explore the Guinness story, or take a step back through the brand’s advertising history.
