Christina Banahan

She aligns initiatives with frameworks like the UN Global Compact and EcoVadis, driving measurable impact. A strong ED&I advocate, she co-leads SWAN and champions inclusive, accountable, and people-centered leadership.

Debra Ward
Global Workplace Consultant, Coach and Business Transformation Specialist
Debra has spent her career working across senior roles in workplace, front-of-house and hospitality, currently as Director of Live Love Learn. She has held roles at ISS, JLL and Condeco Software, including periods as MD for Camm & Hooper and Macro Macro. She and her team founded Mitie Client Services in 2007, which became the industry leader for front-of-house services. She was named the 2014 Women of Achievement winner by Women in the City.
