SPS Releases its 2024/2025 Sustainability Report

In times of global uncertainty, SPS remains committed to its ESG roadmap. We understand that the long-term success and strength of our business depends on factors such as putting our people and clients first, building secure, ethical supply chains to support resilient service delivery, ensuring effective corporate governance, providing best-in-class data protection and cybersecurity, and creating a path towards a minimal carbon footprint. 

Now in its third edition, the 2024/2025 Sustainability Report highlights a year of structured progress, stronger data, and meaningful milestones. Key achievements include: 

• EcoVadis Silver Medal - SPS now ranks in the 89th percentile globally and in the top 8% of its industry across Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement. View recognition.
• Improved CO₂ reporting - Enhanced data capture and closer collaboration with suppliers have delivered a more accurate global footprint, a clearer view of our environmental impact and a measurable reduction in Scope 3 emissions.
• Exceeding key targets for Client Satisfaction, including achieving a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 81 representing a world-class level for the sixth consecutive year and a global client-renewal rate of 95%.
• Embedding ESG oversight - through our global ESG Board, regional committees, and monthly meetings focused on driving action, accountability, and measurable progress.
• Science-based targets (SBTi) secured - SBTi-validated goals for scope 1, 2 and 3 are now in place, guiding SPS’s emissions-reduction trajectory.
• Reference to GRI - align sustainability reporting to globally recognized standards. 

In addition, SPS has reaffirmed its commitment to the UN Global Compact and the UN Sustainable Development Goals, aligning strategy and operations with globally recognized principles of responsible business. 

Many of our clients are working to strengthen their ESG performance - from improving data governance and protection, to reducing emissions and creating more inclusive workplaces. SPS supports this by helping them digitize manual processes, enable hybrid working, and improve operational efficiency. Our role is to make their ESG goals more achievable through practical, scalable solutions.
