Since taking over this client’s UK mailrooms in 2012, SPS’ relationship with the bank has grown in size and scope. In 2023 SPS took the step of digitising the bank’s inbound mail in the UK, proving such a success that the same solution was rolled out to several European countries in 2024, as well as in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and crucially, Japan by the end of the year.
The bank became SPS Japan’s first direct client following its launch in October 2024, helping to transition the client’s team onto SPS Digital Mail smoothly. The solution has supported the bank’s commitment to building a flexible workplace, and delivered raised efficiency across inbound mail delivery.
