DAME INGA BEALE

The relentless need for businesses to change, coupled with the changing needs and demands of employees, mean that the successful leader of the future needs a different approach. As the CEO of Lloyd’s of London, Dame Inga was hired to bring a traditional centuries-old institution into the modern age and will talk about the cultural and technological changes required to bring about this massive transformation. She built an environment where people from all walks of life felt valued and thrived at work which helped boost creativity and innovation in the business. Inga will share advice and tips for anyone on how to successfully drive transformation in the workplace.

Claire Ward
Chief Innovation Officer, SPS
Claire joined SPS UKI as Head of Solution Design in 2021, now leading several functions including marketing, bid management and solution design. Before joining the UKI leadership team at SPS, Claire held several senior positions in start-ups, scale-ups, and large PLCs, including technology businesses, healthcare service providers, and international publishing. She specialises in creating value through transformational change and innovation, and she is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace – including sponsoring the SPS Women’s network.

Nicole Mangarella
Head of Global Technology & Innovation - Enterprise Workplace Solutions, SPS
Nicole joined SPS in 2014, working across a number of solution design roles before taking up her current position. She is responsible for ensuring that the technologies we develop serve business purposes, and uncovering new opportunities for innovation. Nicole is an expert in finding tech-enabled solutions to overcome business challenges, and engages with SPS clients across the globe to workshop efficient workplace design. In recognition for her outstanding work with SPS, Nicole received a 2017 Silver Stevie Award for Women in Business in the category of Female Employee of the Year.

Dr. Chesley Black
Senior Vice President of Global Workplace Experience Strategy & Innovation, SPS
In his role as Senior Vice President of Global Workplace Experience Strategy & Innovation at SPS, Dr. Chesley Black (“Chess”) is responsible for developing and leading the global workplace experience model across the Enterprise Workplace Solutions business. He is passionate about helping clients gain the strategy, hospitality expertise and operational consistency needed to unlock “The Power of Possibility” in today’s modern workplace. Chess holds a doctorate in organisational leadership, a master’s in instructional technology, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with additional DEI and ESG certifications.

Kasia Maynard
Head of Research and Editorial at WORKTECH Academy
Kasia Maynard is Head of Research and Editorial at WORKTECH Academy, where she leads global research on the future of work, workplace strategy, and emerging technologies. With a background in journalism and urban design, she brings a cross-disciplinary lens to workplace innovation. Kasia is also a Research Lead at Women in Innovation and was named in the Workplace Leaders Top 50 for 2024.
